I often find that people who come to me for BOTOX® Cosmetic in Harrisburg, PA, can benefit most from a combined treatment approach. By using a variety of non-surgical procedures, I can provide better overall results and more substantial improvements than with BOTOX alone. Three procedures I often recommend in conjunction with BOTOX are:

  • Dermal fillers: Dermal fillers are used to reduce prominent facial creases and add volume underneath the skin. Because BOTOX and fillers reduce wrinkles in different ways, when they are used in combination, the results are dramatic. Strategic placement of BOTOX and fillers can also create a lifting effect that elevates the brows or the corners of the mouth. This technique has come to be known as a “liquid face lift.”
  • Ultherapy™: Ultherapy is a non-surgical skin treatment that uses ultrasound energy to tighten the skin and promote collagen production. This procedure is especially useful for improving definition around the eyes and jawline. By using Ultherapy with BOTOX, my patients get both a reduction in unwanted lines and firmer, younger-looking skin.
  • Laser skin resurfacing: Lasers can help improve a number of skin conditions that BOTOX does not address, such as age spots, poor skin texture, sun damage, redness, and scarring. Using laser skin resurfacing in conjunction with BOTOX ensures that your skin looks healthy, refreshed, and glowing in addition to having fewer wrinkles.
